Hey guys,
I am so excited to tell you that I have TWO new songs that I will be sharing with you this month! In celebration of my 19th birthday next week, I'm going to put up an acoustic recording of a new song, "Unbroken," and on June 3rd I'm going to put up a new mix of my song "Enough"! I am so excited about these recordings and the opportunity to get to work with two great producers- Joel Schwamburger (who also produced "What Time Is It In Paris?") and Scott Marquart. I can't wait to hear what you think of the new songs, and I hope you love them as much as I loved writing and recording them.

Ok, ok, ok. I know I lied when I said the new song would be ready by New Years... but I'm hoping you'll forgive me enough to listen to it now! I am so excited for you all to hear the new song, the first song off my demo, called "What Time Is It In Paris?" My producer, Joel, and I have put in countless hours to this and we are so proud of it. There's a link at the top that allows you to look at the lyrics for the song, and also a link so you can DOWNLOAD it and listen to it a million times! (Just kidding...but not really at all) Thank you for listening and downloading and sharing it with all of you're friends :)

I'm embarrassed how long it's been since I've posted anything on here, especially because in between study hours I've been doing tons of exciting music stuff. Last night I had a jam-packed evening of a music showcase to hear this fantastic new band out of Nashville, Little Feather, and then went to Joel's house to finish recording the first song for my demo! I can't wait for you to hear it and will try my hardest to get it up on the site by New Years.
Now, back to the books...I've still got three finals before freedom!

Last night I wandered down music row...it was magical. It's crazy to think how much amazing music and history has been made right there. Then I went to go see a bluegrass jam at the Station Inn, and I think I found my new favorite place in Nashville. If you ever end up in this beautiful city, make sure you swing by to listen to some music!
